No matter what weight loss aid or personalized diet will not be effective it you don't drink lots and lots of H2O.Loosing weight depends alot on body type not all diets will work for certain type bodies. You might have to try a few wether its a low carb diet, a calorie controlle diet, a rotation diet or a fitness diet. Just keep in mind stay focused and don't give up.
