The Best Way To Walk Off Weight

Do you think you are on the heavy side or a little over weight? Like me I felt like this for many years and one day I decided to do something about it. I tried 1000 calorie diets, low fat diet plans, sugar buster diets, you name it I tried it. Unfortunately I had no luck. After awhile I begin to wonder if there was such things as the best low carb diet or the rapid weight loss diet. Then one day after I had gotten stuck with a high co-pay for blood pressure medicine, I decided to do something about this. Fortunately I was eating as healthy as I thought humanly possible. Now I am not knocking any slim fast diet plan, quick weight loss centers or weight loss products. However what I did discover is that if I walked a little everyday my cloths started fitting me better. So I put two and two together and came up with a free weight loss plan. There are three things that I did that dramatically increased my weight loss. By far this is not the best diet for weight loss and you want need any type of food calorie counter. You should always check with your doctor before you start any excercise program or diet plan just to be on the safe side. Walking is the secret, along with cutting out as much salt, sugar, soft drinks and starchy foods as possible. Myself I love lettuce, but you cannot leave on lettuce along. The good thing is when you drop about 20 pounds or so you can eat without guilt. You might say to yourself how to eat healthy and loose 30 or 40 pounds. Consistency is the second part of the secret do it daily every chance try to fill that hungry feeling with veggies, fruits or low fat yogurt. Be careful of any weight loss diets that promise rapid weight lose, fat burning diets, diet supplements and liquid diets. Most of these are big on words but lacks in the results department. So excercise, (walking) diet (veggies and fruits) and last but not least determination (don't give up).
